Love, knowing what to do every day. No thinking or much planning involved. The videos in the write up some informative. And I can do it when I want where I want at my own pace.

I really loved that there was a workout/ plan ready for me every day. It took the guess work out of it for me and that’s what really helped me stay consistent! I started Dec 1 with Jusi’s program and my jeans are already looser and I feel stronger for sure! Am looking forward to the next phase!

I am 55 yrs old and have been active for most of my life. I was looking for a program to challenge myself and Jusi’s strength and rebuild has not disappointed. It has the right amount of accountability and instruction. Jusi herself is very active on the app for questions and encouragement. My goal is to go into this next stage of life feeling strong so I can continue to do the things that I love. Jusi’s functional training is practical yet challenging and has given me a renewed love for strength training.
