I recently completed the Built Not Burned challenge with Kirra, and it was truly such a positive experience. I had been working out with Kirra’s videos for the past two years—and more consistently since December—but I really wanted a way to challenge myself, and this was exactly what I needed. It pushed me in all the right ways—challenging without ever feeling impossible—and helped me discover a new level of strength and confidence. The community was also awesome! I’m already signed up for Kirra’s next challenge!!!

I really enjoyed this challenge. I’ve done past challenges with Kirra in the past and this one was one of my faves. There were a couple of places in the workouts that needed an edit. Such as, wrong workout example with set listed and there wasn’t anywhere to record my deadlift reps and pounds on the last day. Other than that Kirra helped me push myself and get stronger. The positive Built Not Burned community was a big plus as well.

This program was fabulous — each day was a challenge yet it was also easy to see how much progress was made week by week. I hit PRs I didn’t dream I could do, and it wouldn’t have happened without this program and Kirra. This challenge will push you, and make you stronger than you ever thought you could be. The workouts may be a little longer than typical, but it’s truly worth it.

Very effective and easy to follow workouts🔥Professional and detail oriented videos to follow. Kirra created excellent program and can’t wait to start new week😅 it’s amazing when you are consistent by the fun you have just to following the daily plan! muscle is growing and I am stronger!
