One of my favorite parts of the program is having a video for every exercise, both at home and in the gym. I work out at home and don’t have all the equipment, so having visual guidance makes a huge difference and keeps me consistent.

Hi, I'm Megan! I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2022. I then became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with continued education as a Functional Training Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Alongside online coaching I also have two years of experience as a Rehabilitation Assistant at a Physical Therapy Clinic.
