I can't say enough good things about these programs! I followed the Lift with Cee YouTube workouts for months and loved them and saw results. The Lift with Cee videos were my only experience with lifting weights, so I hesitated when the Solin program came out. I thought I "needed" to follow along with the videos. Boy was I wrong!! I have thrived with Cheryl's Solin programs. I've gained muscle, lost fat and inches, and have gained a true leader in Cheryl and a community of good hearted people to back her up.

I love the workouts. I love the community.. I did not enjoy the meal plans purchase because I feel like it was something I could’ve found using AI. Other than that, I love everything about this. After following Cheryl’s YouTube workouts for over a year, I decided to give her 6 week challenge on the Solin app a try. I didn’t think I would like it as much as I did her videos, or that it would make that much of a difference in my progress. But I’m very happy to say I was so wrong!! The 6 Week Lift’n Burn Challenge is my second 6 week challenge with Cheryl, and I have been pleased to see even further progress in my muscle development and strength!! While the YouTube videos were wonderful training wheels, the 6 week Challenge format has been next level!! I have been much more focused, encouraged, and determined to push myself further and to show up even when life gets hard, thanks to the easy to track format and the fabulous community of workout friends!! The workouts are expertly designed for helping one achieve beautiful muscle and increased strength. Each exercise is clearly explained, with a demo video for each move. The app helps keep track of the weight amount and number of reps in each set, making the goal of progressive overload a clear target to aim for. Cheryl has created a straight forward, easy to understand, and powerfully effective 6 week workout plan that is a total game changer. This is a system not just for 6 weeks, but a new lifestyle for me!! She’s the BEST.

This program is the best out there! Very well thought out. You are challenged in a way that draws you into it- always striving for 1% better- always attainable. You are always competing against your last lift and not someone else’s preconceived schedule of reps or weight. Cheryl puts out concise and accurate information just when you need it! My questions are usually answered before I realize I need to ask them. The worth of this program far exceeds the cost. I’m grateful to have found this program!

I switched from a 4 day split to this program, which I was very nervous about… what it showed me was how hard I was NOT working! I’ve been able to increase weights like never before and push myself harder than ever. And the 3 day split allows me so much more flexibility! This program is amazing, with a great way to track and keep motivation up! Cee is such a great source and inspiration (I mean look at her!) I’ve already purchased the next challenge! If you’re on fence, just do it! You won’t regret it!

I have no hesitation in recommending Cheryl's programs. I haven't finished my current one and I've already signed up to the next. This isn't a "You'll get skinny in 6 weeks only to gain it all back and then some when you stop". 1. This isn't just 6 weeks. Cheryl shows you how to make lifting and eating well a sustainable part of your life that you won't want to give up. 2. You won't get "skinny". You'll get strong and you'll get addicted to how good strong feels (and looks). Cheryl is right there with you, every step of the way, literally doing the exact same program, in real time, as you are. She's a constant source of encouragement, support and wisdom and fosters such a strong and supportive community. One of my favourite parts of these challenges is getting to know the others and sharing our success, struggle and advice. Buy it, you won't regret it 💛

All of Cheryl's programs are science backed and carefully crafted to achieve the most results in the least amount of time. If you follow the program, you will see results, period. No gimmicks here. The community part of the program is very lively and a true online buddy system. Cheryl is there daily to answer questions, lend an ear and give guidance. Cheryl also walks the walk. She does every workout "with" the group, she admits, what excersize brings out the colorful language! We all have at least one beastly excersize that is particularly difficult that brings out the inner animal! Seriously though, if this was not a challenge, this would not be the effective program that it is. This program has it all and I am thankful that I found Cheryl.

Though I’ve worked out with Cheryl’s YouTube videos and followed her on IG, I have not pushed myself in consistency or effort like I have during this challenge. I have noticed more strength, endurance, flexibility, and less joint pain after just 5 weeks. I am starting to see some definition and am more comfortable in my clothes. Cheryl’s program is simple and it works. But the reason I recommend joining her challenges is because of the genius way she integrates training expertise, group coaching, accountability, and community - all while participating right alongside the rest of us. The workouts are awesome. The app makes everything very easy to track. I wasn't sure I would like it, but I love it. I highly, highly recommend Cheryl's programs. I have been lifting for 15 years off annd on, and I have not seen progress like this in a long time. If you're on the fence about it, jump off and go for it. You won't regret the investment in yourself. Adding a photo of myself only because I am turning 59 this year, have had two major abdominal surgeries including a complete hysterectomy and hysterectomy. I want other ladies to know – getting in shape is possible despite extra challenges.

I really like the tracking system and logging. It’s really helpful to see what I’ve done already right in front of me. And the “you’ve lifted an elephant or airplane” just makes it fun ! This is the needle in the haystack program i’ve been looking for. I’ve done various challenges , numerous gyms, expensive trainers and I have never seen results like this in just over 5 weeks of the program. I had done a number of “Lift with Cee” videos and loved her simple to follow and challenging videos and thought I’d give this a try. This program is fantastic. It’s easy to navigate and Cheryl is great explaining proper form. At 58, I wasn’t looking to lose weight but to tone up and gain some muscle mass. At 4 weeks I had lost 3% body fat and gained 2% muscle mass. I couldn’t believe it. I can’t wait to see what the results are at the end of 6 weeks. Now on to signing up for the summer session. I’m hooked. I even set up a new gym in my basement!

I love Cee's no nonsense programs, because they work!! After 17 years of being a fitness instructor, I retired. Lift’n Burn was my first challenge ever. I decided to try it since I had been working out with Cee on YouTube, which I loved! The challenge takes you to the next level because of the guidance, education, explanations, positive environment and community! Cheryl interacts with the community on a daily basis and answers questions in a personal way. She is the glue and shares so much of her knowledge as a personal trainer. To say the least, I am hooked!! I have seen changes in my body and mindset about lifting weights. Sometimes it’s really hard to get going, but boy do I feel accomplished and proud of myself, especially when I share with the community! Oh, Solin is easy to work and if you have a question , they usually answer it within a few hours! I love the format because it keeps up with your lifts!. I’m ready for the next one!!

I was following Cheryl on her YouTube channel for several years and alternating between upper/lower split workouts and full body workouts 3x weekly. When she started these challenges I thought how much different could they be from her 3x weekly workouts? I opted out of the first challenge but got on board for her 2nd 6 week challenge as well as the 3rd. OMG- I loved it!! I was so humbled in thinking how good/strong I thought I was before the challenges - no comparison at all. Even my husband has recently commented how much definition he sees in my arms. I love pushing and challenging myself along with others and seeing the progress. If you are on the fence about this- you must hop over to the other side and sign up NOW. This is my 3rd Challenge with Cheryl and they just keep getting better or rather I feel better and stronger with each challenge. I really was impressed with the amount of time Cheryl spent giving her group daily tips and posts that always helped us learn about the exercises we were doing or other things that helped us to achieve better results. Love these challenges with Cee have just signed up for the 4th one. I have learnt something new each challenge and have doubled my weight on some exercises. The group is great for motivation and information you can ask literally anything and someone will have a suggestion. They are great value. Three workouts a week is challenging but doable. I don't have any cons to list. I wasn't sure I would like the format to start with being so used to the You Tube workouts but now I love them. It differs to the You Tube videos in that you do push yourself more rather than just following along to the video without giving much thought to each lift you put more effort in as you want to improve every time you redo the workouts.

I purchased this program so that I could continue my weightlifting journey, after completing the StrongBody Challenge. I have had to take a break, so a few weeks behind, but loving the workouts. I've had to reduce the weights I'm using and doing more reps, as my back was not happy. I will finish up and see what comes next. Love the format , the ability to log/track weight /reps , the community chat …looove the goal badges ( you lifted 30 elephants etc ) but dislike that they disappear or are inconsistent do not show up sometimes as this keeps us all motivated .

The community is so big that it becomes overwhelming and I can't keep up with everything going on there so I am less inclined to be active in that portion of the challenge. But, overall, this has been a great challenge. I'm three weeks in and I can see and feel changes already. Having boxes to check keeps me motivated to do it every day. Cheryl's workouts are great.

Great program. I have been looking for a dumbbells only as it’s hard to get on machines at the gym due to them being used. This program is great and love the variety. Keeps it interesting. Love the push from the coach to lift heavy. Feeling stronger!! Love that you can log the weights used which carry over to the next session, tried many programs and hardly any do this! It so helpful for progressive overload. As a physio I love the exercises and the advice/ instructions given. All round best app used (and I’ve tried many). I have followed Cheryl for several years on YouTube. I learned proper form in order to lift safely but never stuck to a lifting schedule or plan. I wasn't sure if the challenge would be any different and thought I "needed" to follow along to make sure form was correct. I read many positive reviews and decided to sign up for the second challenge. All I can say is Wow! I have learned that I am much more focused on form and paying attention to how my body feels with each weight and rep when I am NOt following along that I have increased in strength exponentially. We are just 2/3 of the way through challenge 2 and I have already signed up for challenge 3. This format is truly “perfect” for the busy person (as advertised!) Literally less than one hour daily …. Fits my life, easy to follow guidance and results show up pretty quickly. This is a weightlifting program that is straightforward and takes women seriously. For someone with a little previous experience in weight lifting, the program is very doable and more importantly sustainable. I’m busy, but I can make this work into my schedule. I’ve just signed up for the next challenge, as this was totally worth the investment. The app has fun visual rewards (“in this challenge you’ve lifted a yacht party!”) and while I’m sometimes skeptical of app communities, I’ve found this one to be positive, encouraging, and fun.

I'm very much enjoying this challenge and the strength program I needed. Being post menopausal, It's a realistic program for women 40+ that allows flexibility but an encouragement to push hard that makes you realize you can really do this. The community of support is priceless. Great to know others are feeling what you're feeling. It also keeps me accountable. Honestly there are days I say, ugh I have to do weights or I'm tired of chasing the protein grams but you see others just pushing through and there I have no excuse. I cannot recommend Cheryl’s workouts, programs, challenges, beliefs, community, and encouragement enough. Even if you only looked at her that would be proof enough. But it is so much more to join her challenges and be a part of community that supports and inspires. Working out (consistently) is hard, commitment to a goal is hard.. but she makes it so practical and achievable. I was inspired by her Instagram and her YouTube workouts. However now, having committed to the current challenge and already signing up for the next… now I am fully committed to actual transformation. If you sit on the fence, DO IT! You will NOT regret.

In just 4 weeks I've learned so much about nutrition, weight training , the science behind it and I actually LOVE doing all the things ! Her follow up messaging is more than inspirational and ra-ra, it's practical tips and useful. My transformation is slow but steady. Over a year ago, I found Liftwithcee on YouTube. I really enjoyed Cheryl’s way of training, her fitness knowledge and her practical explanations. After a few months of doing her workouts I noticed the toning, clothes fitting better and muscle growth. When Cheryl offered programs as 6 week challenges on the Solin app, the full body 3 days/week training (each person scheduling into our day as it fits), was an easy decision to join. She continually produces challenging full body workouts for 30+ mins (go at your own pace) that include helpful tips, video clips of proper form and a wonderful community of members who can post questions, comments and encouragement for each other; a big group chat of like minded people. Cheryl is also very active in the challenge sharing her journey as she trains with us and offering daily (if not twice a day) tips and answers to questions. I’ve recommended her to family and friends and can easily state that if you’re looking for structure and muscle building, Cheryl’s program will do it for you!

I had been following Cee on YouTube for a year when I saw this challenge. I was skeptical that it would be much different. How wrong I was. I never realized how much I was just going through the motions before. This program really teaches you to focus on the move and muscle not just to complete it. Originally I had purchased this challenge as a way to encourage Cheryl and support her because I had used her free content on YouTube for so long. It was my way to pay her back. But once again this program blew my mind because I didn’t expect to enjoy it so much. I love how the app is made by helping us keep track of our progress. I have been lifting with Cee on YouTube for 3 years and I will admit i hesitated at first buying this programme. I couldn't understand what it could offer me that I wasn't already doing?? How wrong I was! I realised I was 'going through the motions' of the Youtube videos, not pushing myself and improving by 1% each workout. This 1% analogy, which Cheryl explains and encourages throughout this challenge, is what has been the game changer for me!! When I started 3 years ago i lifted 4kg, each hand for chest presses, now I am lifting 15kg each hand....that is what working out consistently with Cheryl has done for me! This programme is extremely well designed taking the whole body through a wide range of lifts. I trust Cheryl's knowledge & experience 100%. It changes every 2 weeks (giving us chance to use the 1% analogy mentioned above) She has been very present in the community section during this challenge answering queries and congratulating us on our achievements! She has a lovely, warm, calming, friendly disposition and is extremely knowledgeable. She is strong AF 💪! and has an amazing physique. I 100% recommend this programme! I love Cheryl’s programs AND I trust her. She designs great total body workouts that can easily be done at home. Now that I am rounding the halfway mark of her six week challenge (at age 51) I personally feel stronger, have better balance, and have lost 10 pounds. Loving this. Really hoping more programmes from Cheryl will follow. This is an incredibly useful format. The videos right next to the exercise for easy reference, and being able to track weights and reps is just perfect. Couldn't ask for anything better. Not using the social features especially as the feed is just too much and Solin's format doesn't currently allow for managing it especially. But whatever. This is just an add-on, bonus thing. The main content and functionality is perfect. Thank you so much Cheryl and Solin team!! Keep up the great work!

The course is well balanced meaning equal emphasis is put on opposing muscle groups and it's a full body workout which taps into a range of muscles, never working in isolation. I love the simplicity. I absolutely love your style of not talking incessantly like most trainers and simply demo-ing each exercise. You are a pleasure to watch because your form is so good and you are happy and approachable.. I needed this course to jump start me into fitness again after a 2 year hiatus. The exercise is great I’m just disappointed in the meal planning. I’m vegetarian and I have to make the modifications anyways so I wouldn’t have bothered purchasing a meal plan. The one on the app only provided one day of meals if vegetarian and I could only swap it once.

I no longer have a home gym after a couple of moves and at 72 I have no interest in accumulating another one. I can take this w/o with me to my gym on my phone and track my progress easily. I highly recommend this challenge and any other challenge released by Cheryl! It is all around a great program designed with optimal rest combined with challenging weights. The community is wonderful. Filled with lifters at all stages supporting and encouraging each other! There is plenty of education to be had to help you get the most out of your work. The app is great and easy to navigate. I’ve had such good results and made great progress after a long period of stagnation! Give it a try! You’ll be so happy you did.

I am only three weeks into the program and I feel so much stronger. I am also noticing changes in my body composition! Cheryl provides great cues that allows me to execute the workouts effectively from the comfort of my home. She also provides the community with feedback and options on the workouts which allows us to make progress through her program. I am already looking forward to the next challenge!

I really love the community aspect snd connection. The workouts are easy to.follow and it feels good to be moving again. I've had some glitches with the app in being able to record my weights, so haven't been able to.use that part of it. Otherwise, I am happy with the app and service. Hello, I really like this challenge and plan to do another one should that be offered. However, i really dislike not being able to see the numbers as I input them fully before marking them complete. My first day I put in too many digits so my total was way off. I changed the font size on my phone but that did not make a difference. I still could not see the full double digit! Today, when trying to input the number 11, I could only see a single one and it did not appear to add the second one. If the clipboard feature could access the current day before I hit complete that would be awesome! It's very frustrating to not be able to accurately see what I have done and not know if my total is accurate! Also, when I clicked on the clipboard today it showed 6 reps not 3! Bummer and I cannot be the only one experiencing this 🤷🏻‍♀️

Challenge is amazing great value for money. Solin customer service is very good there is some useful information on the app. The app itself could be better the search function is better but if someone comments on your post the notification doesn't take you back to the post so you end up scrolling through masses of messages to find stuff it's very frustrating. The meal generator is handy.

This is a great program. My progress was hinder by a fall so could not complete the weeks with the community. I sometimes put the date in the notes section because when life happens or I don't finish clicking the completed button - I don't always remember what date it was. Both programs are very good. I understand not having alternatives to certain lifts but if ever down the road you wanted to reach more people - that would be a fantastic addition.

I think the quality of your content is awesome but the solin platform leaves a lot to be desired. I find youtube easier and more approachable to use. I wanted a refund based on how poor the solin platform is but I know you deserve the money and I wanted to support you. You should just start a membership on Youtube.

I really like this training program . Progressive overload keeps it all very doable for me . No need to overthink anything. You need to listen to your body and push when you can by adding more weight to your reps. This program can easily be done at home with hand weights . The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that I do think a warm up/ cool down should be included to avoid injury especially for newcomers

I LOVE Cheryl’s challenge; it has been a great experience for me. I only have positive feedback for her part. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 star review is because the community chat is not very user friendly. It is difficult to post. Many of my posts were posted identically 5 or 6 times, and I saw it happen to others as well so I know it was not just me. I couldn’t find my post to respond to people who commented on it. I had to scroll to find it. And with thousands of people doing this challenge, it became impossible to scroll to find my post after an hour or so. I would have participated in the community chat much more if it was a bit more user friendly. I gave up and just read other’s comments and stopped making my own posts or commenting on others posts.

The Product is Good - but some facts are not easy to incorporate- like Brisk walking is with weights - no.option for that .. Can't change sets from Reps with Deadbugs .. But overall it's a good experience and guidance

The workout has been great. What I don't like is the app functionality around comments. There is no way to build community and support each other if we can't find the posts we entered and can't search on keywords. I will continue to follow Cheryl but doubt I will do this again unless the app improves. For the $60 I don't think I received any added value vs. watching Cheryl's free You Tube videos.

Cheryl's workouts are great, however, I was already tracking so this was not an added benefit. My complaint would be that I prefer to access workouts on my PC for better visibility. Solin does not support doing this.

The workouts are good, very much like her videos except they are self paced. I like pushing myself to lift heavy. Unfortunately the app is a bit buggy and doesn’t always bring over the weight you used on your last workout and it never brings your reps over so I have to flip back and forth to see them.

The app is not very good. I can´t open it in my tablet. And reading the community is very difficult since you don´t get a notification when somebody is answearing your question or comment. This makes it impossible to relate with the other users.

The program has been fine. Definitely feeling some changes already. However, when I initially purchased the program I assumed that it would be in the same format as Lift with C and I would be watching full videos. For this reason I am somewhat disappointed. Other than that I am pleased with my results so far.

So far not really impressed. I'm doing the same exercises 3 times a week for 2 weeks before changing exercises to 3 more for 2 weeks. I just thought for 75.00 I would get more exercises each week. Love Cheryl Youtube exercises I should have just stuck with those.

It's an OK program but the app needs improvement, especially when entering the dat (weights and reps) it would be much nicer to be able to use the keyboard on a laptop as opposed of using the mouse to elect the numbers. I find it annoying and therefore probably won't sign up again.

I paid $60 for this program and it is basically 3 different workouts-1 new one every 2 weeks. I was using an app that had 5 new workouts a week (of the same caliber) that was 9.99/month. I just wanted to try something new. It’s just not a good value.

Joined late and am starting Week 3. Getting weary of entering the same data every day especially the # of reps which are always 12 for me. Perhaps I missed the info, but I thought something was wrong when I realized I was repeating Fierce in Week 2. OK with it--I see the value--just taken off guard. Workouts great but taking about 50-52 minutes each--a little long to work into my life going forward (doing 4 sets, 12 reps each). Prefer 30 mins though I acknowledge the greater benefits of longer workouts--have increased weight. For years, I have been disciplined about doing workouts min 3x per week and recording weights for every exercise. Have benefited from this program (using increased weights, now have some good, new workouts) but I would likely not be interested in paying for a 6 week program more than 1x per year, partly due to time commitment required and because I don't need to record in the app.

I loved the workouts but the Solin platform needs improving. Too cumbersome to log workouts so I just mark Complete and skip logging. The Community needs a way to filter by keyword or develop groups.

Firstly, I wrongfully assumed it would be like YouTube. It is not. For the $ would have preferred different workouts, but all the same for 2 weeks running!!. The app has had a few glitches. I've already gone back to YouTube. Glad others are liking it...thanks Cheryl for all you do. I still love you, just not in this format.

Tracking: very cumbersome. Should have a way to repeat previous workout, with the ability to change numbers. Community: should have a way to filter comments for keywords. Also the ability to create groups that others can join and have dialogue, instead of just comments in response to posts. The workouts are great, this platform is lacking.

I bought in weeks early because I was so excited. After I started it, I didn't like i. Even though the challenge had not been even 3 weeks yet I couldn't get a refund. So now I just have a bad feeling about the whole thing. The app was nothing special. They have a lot of work to do to make it engaging.

Not sure it's really worth the money I paid. It's great to be able to enter my weights and reps but I was doing that before on a spreadsheet. The community aspect is a bit useless because it's actually too big! Like maybe if it was limited to 50 people or something? Or we were split up into groups. It just becomes so anonymous posting. There isn't really a lot more benefit from following her YouTube programs. Love Cheryl though! I will continue to follow her 💞💞

Not the program for me. I’ve been regularly lifting for a few years now and consistency is something I no longer struggle with (thankfully). As someone who has taken the time to better educate myself on the process of building muscle, understanding nutrition and the importance of stress management, I personally found this program leaning more towards a beginner level, than say an intermediate / more experienced level of muscle building and fitness in general. I didn’t love the switch up of routines so quickly (every two weeks the exercises change) as I felt it didn’t leave ample time to develop and improve the original set of exercises. I can appreciate building and structuring a more “dynamic” program to appeal to those who struggle with consistency and accountability and who are perhaps at the more early stages of building a lifting routine, but this wasn’t for me. Lots of repetition within the community aspect of the program (in terms of the questions people were posting - again by in large it seemed to be quite a few people newish to lifting and nutrition) had me feeling like this wasn’t my crowd either. Absolutely no disrespect to Cheryl or the programs she has built. I am an avid follower of her YT channel and still use the programs / playlists found there. Overall this program just felt a bit too novice for me.

Disappointing that you cannot access this service from a laptop - should be available on the web browser, not just via a mobile app. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt and very limited communication from this site. Seems scam-like and unprofessional.
