After years of doing instructor led videos I was hesitant to move to self paced. This format really allows me to focus on the lift and the muscles and my results show it! After 12 weeks I have very visible results and others are noticing. That, along with the Solin macro tracker have been a game changer. Loved this program! A couple of the home workouts were short an exercise or two compared to the same days gym workout, but once I caught on to that I was able to make adjustments so that I wasn’t missing anything. Aside from that, I’ve loved everything about this program and the tracking on the Solin app! I’ve had great results! Looking forward to the next program!

The workouts are great!!! There were a few glitches where the home move wasn’t updated and references the gym move. Also there were times I could not update the notes because they had the prior weeks info and were grayed out. In week 6 home version, what’s a reverse row? (No video or description.)

I even bought a cable machine so I could follow her as close as possible. I love the feeling of these workouts and being able to self pace. I’m hooked for life. I purchased The Plan after completing 2 rounds of All I Want For Christmas is Glutes. I'm loving the self paced programming and the explanation of each move! My only gripe is when restarting a program, the day does as incomplete but when you go to it, the sets are still marked complete. Which makes tracking difficult so you have uncheck all those boxes. A mild inconvenience but the programs are still so worth it!!

I have loved everything about this program. It is exactly what I was looking for. Great, straightforward, weightlifting programming. I really like that it is so easy to toggle between gym and home workouts, and the warm ups are included on each day. I’m going to do this workout again if it is available to me. Looking forward to their next one. My only suggestion is to be able to have alternative trackable exercises. For example, I have a shoulder issue and renegade rows are too much for my shoulder. It would be great to be able to swap it out for a different exercise or a modification.

I’ve done all of the Joel workouts over the years, and I’ve completed all of Megan’s Solin workouts. When they came together for their Christmas workout on Solin and then The Plan, I knew I had to try them. Both of them are great programs. The structure, organization, and guidance notes put into these is top notch. I’ve been an athlete since I was 6 and have lifted since I was 20. At 39, my muscles are stronger than ever thanks to Joel and Megan sharing their knowledge through their programming. The Plan was amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to build muscle.

What can I say that I havent already! This program has given me such freedom and control of my workouts. Whether im in the gym or at home this program hits every need and you can customize to your lifestyle and schedule! Absolutely ZERO pressure! On the road or at home Megan And Joel keep you in tippy top shape in less than 1hr a day!
