I've been doing Bodi coach led weight lifting so I wasn't sure about leading myself but it's been great. The video demos along with the written description makes sure I'm doing it correctly along with the clear labels of how and when to superset or not.

Very different than Bodi workouts I’m used to. I am liking the self pace and am lifting heavy but nervous the lack of moves and/or mix of band work isn’t going to drive results like Bodi workouts were.

Just fantastic, you did it again! The unilateral work has helped my non-dominant side build strength so efficiently. I appreciate the written and video instruction for each lift especially some of the lifts I had not done before with the cable machine but also to make sure my form is on point. After years of lifting weights, doing cardio, etc with minimal gains weight lifting or weight loss, I finally started losing weight this year with Megan and Joel. I did The Plan first and lost 8 pounds!! I'm on the last week of Prime Time and I'm down another 3 pounds. I haven't lost as much on this one BUT I have consistently gained on my weights and reps and my clothes are getting looser so I've definitely made major gains on this program too!

I’m loving the layout of this program! It’s easy to follow and I have noticed that I’ve gotten stronger over the last 5 weeks. Megan and Joel really understand real life (kids, jobs, activities, etc) and I appreciate that coming from them. I can manage to do a quick work out before heading out the door and feel good about myself. I haven’t seen the scale move but I definitely have become stronger and that’s been such confidence booster! Truly any fitness level can start this program.
